Your images

KBKaro’s compression and resizing tools read your image file in your browser and process it using standard web platform features (the Canvas and Blob APIs) on your own device. As implemented today, that processing does not involve sending the image file itself to a KBKaro server. The resulting file is generated locally and offered to you as a download; KBKaro does not store a copy of it anywhere.

If this ever changes for a specific future feature (for example, an optional tool that genuinely requires server-side processing), that feature will say so clearly at the point of use, and this policy will be updated to match.

Information we collect

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or other personal details to use any tool on this site (the Contact page is the one exception, where anything you choose to write to us is, naturally, sent to us).

Like almost any website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information for security and reliability purposes — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. We don’t use this data for advertising or profiling.

Analytics

KBKaro tracks a small set of anonymous, aggregate product events — such as which tool was opened, whether a compression or resize succeeded, and whether a result was downloaded — to understand which tools are useful and where things break. These events do not include your image, its filename, or its contents, and are not tied to your identity.

Cookies and local storage

KBKaro does not use tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is saved using your browser’s local storage, purely on your device, so the setting persists between visits — this is not shared with us or anyone else.

Advertising

KBKaro does not currently display advertising. If ads are introduced in the future (for example, through Google AdSense), this policy will be updated to explain what data any ad provider collects and how to control it.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on third-party infrastructure (such as Cloudflare Pages), which may process standard connection-level data as part of delivering the site to you, under its own privacy practices.
